WHO CAN SHOP AT HIGH QUALITY? Adults ages 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID, and OMMP patients ages 18 and older are welcome to visit High Quality. Visitors from out of state are allowed to purchase cannabis in Oregon, as long as they have a valid government-issued ID.

CAN I USE AN OUT-OF-STATE MEDICAL CARD? Because the requirements to obtain your medical marijuana card are different state by state, Oregon does not recognize medical cards from other states. You may still shop as a recreational customer.

HOW MUCH CANNABIS CAN I PURCHASE?

• Two ounces of usable marijuana

• 16 ounces of a cannabinoid product in solid form

• 72 fluid ounces of a cannabinoid product in liquid form

• Five grams of cannabinoid extracts or concentrates

• Five grams of cannabinoid products intended for inhalation

• Four immature marijuana plants

• 10 marijuana seeds

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Due to state regulations, we can not accept returns on cannabis products. We can, however, exchange defective Co2 cartridges so long as:

1. It is exchanged within 30 days,

2. You have the original packaging, 

3. You had consented to a saved customer profile at the time of purchase (meaning we can look up your transaction, otherwise, we require a receipt),

4. And 25% of the product is still remaining.
